What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the event?

In the event of inclement weather in the forecast, events taking place within 25 miles of our location (213 Grant Pl, Lowell, AR 72745) may reschedule up to 48 hours before the event start time. We will work with you to reschedule your event based on availability. If obstacles are wet (rain during an event), they cannot be used. In the case of light rain that stops during an event, Flip Side Ninja Mobile staff will take time to dry the course. No additional time will be added to your event in the case that weather conditions don’t allow for the course to be used.

In the case of a multi-day rental, events may be rescheduled or you may be refunded for the additional days the course was not used (minimum of one day will be charged).

We typically move forward with outdoor setups in the event of hot or cold weather, but encourage you to reschedule or move to an indoor location in the event of rain, snow, or other extreme conditions. Direct sunlight/heat can make many of the surfaces/obstacles extremely hot.

At their sole discretion, Flip Side Ninja Mobile staff members may cancel an event due to inclement weather conditions at any time during setup or the contracted event time if they feel it puts staff or participants at risk. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive rain, lightning, wind, hail, heat, or snow.
No refunds will be given for a change in weather after we arrive onsite for setup. The host is responsible for the entire contracted event cost, regardless of use.

In the event of snow, rain, or thunderstorms during your event, Ninja Mobile staff will shut down the course until it’s safe to access again.
